The BEST Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

I have found the perfect recipe for chocolate covered strawberries and had to share with you!

Secret Ingredient: Milk Chocolate Symphony Bar

I have used a million different chocolates to dip strawberries with and they have all been just... okay. However, if you want to make the best chocolate dipped strawberries ever you need to try this!

1. Do not wash berries with water. Use a paper towel to clean your strawberries and set aside.
2. Melt milk chocolate symphony bar in crock pot on low (I use about 4 bars when I do strawberries). I love using my tiny crock pot for dipping berries because the chocolate stays at a perfect consistency the entire time. Melting chocolate in the microwave will work, just be careful not to burn it!
3. Hold each berry by the stem and dip away!
4. Place each chocolate dipped berry on wax paper and let cool.
4. (Optional) I love adding the white drizzled chocolate to each berry. I just think they look prettier that way. BUT it is totally up to you :) If you do want to add the white chocolate I have found the Ghirardelli white chocolate chips work best. Simply melt the chips, pour melted chocolate into a plastic baggie, seal the baggie and use a pair of scissors to clip one corner. Happy drizzling!
Enjoy! :)

Tip: I always have extra chocolate left over and hate to waste it. I buy a carton of raspberries and place a couple of raspberries into small muffin tins. I then take a spoon and drizzle the extra chocolate onto each of the raspberry cups. The chocolate raspberries are my husbands favorite!
